Therapy involves examining all areas of life and their impact on day to day functioning, including the physical, mental, and spiritual. To honor all aspects of your identity, my work takes into consideration who you are as a complete person—body, mind, and spirit. For example, we might discuss your physical health, sleep habits, hobbies, how you handle stress, your cultural identity, values, and spirituality. Together we will consider what’s working for you and what changes you want to make.
