American Legion Post #190

The American Legion is an organization for wartime veterans. Out post currently has over 120 veterans, who support our community in many ways. These veterans provide support and raise funds for veterans’ issues and for the Ripon community, focusing on our youth.

We are a community-wide movement for everyone who loves our city and wants to be part of seeking its peace and prosperity. Project Alley Cat

A registered 501(c)3, our mission is to rescue kittens and cats in the Ripon, California community and surrounding areas. 

Launched in 2015, Project Alley Cat homed an average of 100-200 kittens per year. Numbers grew year by year and PAC proudly homed 620 kitties in 2020.  With just a handful of devoted foster volunteers, Pam McIntire leads this project with Peace ✌️, Love ❤️ and Meow 😺!

Ripon Garden Club

Membership of the Garden Club is open to anyone interested in gardening, plant, butterfly, or bird life, as well as floral design and conversation. Involvement inlcudes: donations for tree planing and land purchases and participation of the State and National Annual Conversations. The club meets on the first Wednesday of the month, 10:00 am at the Legion Hall.

Ripon Grange #511

The Grange is a family organization open to anyone 13 1/2 years or older. The Grange offers a wide range of lovally-oriented programs and activities for all ages. We are non-denominationsl, non-profit and bi-partisan. We encourage cooperation, participation and leadership roles in the community and give opportunity for our members to  lear how to get involved in many endeavors at all levels according to their ability. Meetings held at the Grange Hall the first Thursday at 7pm.
